COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW
The first step in process improvement involves the review documentation of the current process. It is essential to understand where you are prior to deciding where you are going. As part of this service I will:
Conduct interviews and observations of staff involved in the P2P process
Develop a graphic representation of the process
Provide a summary of why tasks are completed in the order and methodology they are
Identify who is responsible for what task, how often it is completed, and who the downstream customers are

A Comprehensive Approach
STRATEGIC IMPROVEMENTS
Once the P2P tasks are identified and reviewed, I will then prepare recommendations for the improvements of the P2P process and an implementation plan for each recommendation. I will also provide:
A detailed flow chart depicting the "to be" process flow
An implementation plan in order of greatest to least benefit to the organization
An implementation schedule and time required for each recommendation
