CONTRACT OVERSIGHT PLAN

Each contract comes with an expectation of quality and completion of deliverables. In order to ensure your agency is receiving everything it is paying for, I will develop a contract oversight plan that will:

  • Allow anyone to track the current status of contract deliverables

  • Ensure contractors are adhering to agreed upon schedule

  • Contract renewal requirements will not be overlooked

DELIVERABLE REVIEW

When what you are buying is a service to conduct a comprehensive report, generate a program plan, or create a preventative maintenance plan, it is often difficult to determine if you are getting what you paid for. It is essential to review these deliverables prior to payment to ensure the vendor has delivered as promised. To assist in this effort I will perform the following:

  • Review all deliverables and compare to the scope of work 

  • Prepare an executive summary outlining the highlights and providing analysis of the completeness of the deliverable

  • Conduct vendor performance report

  • Prepare file for contract close out
